Observing and learning from the world around us and implementing those learnings in the Software engineering domain (for that matter any professional domain) is vital for tackling challenges by applying diverse insights, tactics, strategies and optimizations. Sports has been an integral part for me in the journey of life and I am a big fan of Football (a.k.a. Soccer). While engaging in the activity of watching my favorite teams, players and managers I am continuously scanning for positive and innovative things that will help me personally. In Football a team is usually aligned to play on the field using various formations (4-4-2, 4-3-3, 4-2-4) and tactics that are decided based on multiple parameters for that particular game.
